Musical Theatre & Production

Our Musical Theatre & Production class is an exciting, high-level training program for young performers aged 12-24 who want to shine on stage. Designed for all levels, this class provides elite training in acting, singing, and dance in a supportive and professional environment, giving students the skills needed to perform like a West End star - right here in the North.

Musical Theatre Training
Students receive advanced coaching in acting, singing, and dance, learning how to put together polished, professional performances. They have the opportunity to perform in our annual showcase at prestigious venues such as StoryHouse Theatre, Liverpool Empire, and more, celebrating their achievements and sharing their work with family, friends, and industry professionals.

Students can also take accredited examinations, earning UCAS points while being assessed on their performance in the actual run-through of the show at the theatre. This gives them a real-world experience of performing under professional conditions while achieving formal recognition for their skills.

Performance Opportunities & Progression
This class serves as a stepping stone for students aiming to join our advanced Musical Theatre Productions course, where they continue to develop their skills in preparation for big West End-style productions. Students also have access to our talent agency, opening doors to auditions and professional opportunities in the performing arts.

Whether students dream of a career on stage or simply want to build confidence, make friends, and perform at a high level, Musical Theatre & Production at MAPA provides the training, experience, and opportunities to help them shine.
